        Had this insurance, was going to renew. Sent pictures of my truck, days later they advised the pictures were not accepted, they asked for me to take my truck to the office for them to take the pictures. Weeks later I get a call that my insurance was cancelled due to them not receiving the pictures. Also had the audacity to say it was my fault and the money I had paid was non refundable due to it being MY mistake. They made me drive to the office, took the pictures just to forget to upload them.
