        Disappointed, I called to switch one car for another and paid $160 just to find out $112 of that is for an agency fee. I knew I wasnt crazy when they kept quoting me and I asked so many clarifying questions. How are you charging me $112 just for you to change a car? My policy shows $0 increase, so you are paying a-max auto to be the middle man. Disappointed and confused.
