Please avoid coming here at all costs! Take your business else where! When we got our policy everything went smooth, it wasnt until we wanted to make a change to our policy that we realized the depth of the issues we were going to have. We tried for WEEKS on end to try and get our policy edited to not only having to call about hundreds of times but trying to go to the office and each time it was closed. They also lied and told me I could not make changes to the policy, mean while I was a driver on the policy and the main policy holder was my husband. FINALLY I go back the Monday after my policy had expired 11/27/23 (it expired on a Sunday JUST MY LUCK) and she tells me that they cant even apply a late fee that I will have to get a new policy. Well her thieving self goes Im going to need $300 cash to start the new policy SCAMMER! It wasnt even that much in the beginning she was just trying to make a quick buck for herself! WATCH OUT WHEN IT COMES TO WHO YOU HIRE IN YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE THE PERSONNEL YOU HAVE ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, THIEFS , AND LIARS

What a bad insurance service. My parents go there to make the payment and they are never there. Theyve gone like 10 times and never there. You call them and dont answer the phone also. If I could leave a negative 5 star I would.
