Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

ATM will not accept cash payment. Wasted my time and only one machine working...well almost working.

Too bad...I went to deposit money at the ATM...there were 2 ATMs outside...and the one who touched me didn't even have an ATM number...well...so I deposited $940 as soon as the ATM ate it...I didn't have it anymore. I came back..after that it turned on RED light..out of service..I waited a while and then letters started coming out..like a computer on the screen..then I left my truck there...and I walked to I tried to see if someone would help me inside the bank but unfortunately it is closed...the hours it should be open...then I returned to my truck...and after a while the ATM returned to normal...the light turned green...but I continued ..ai...why don't I get my money back...I was talking to technical service and then they transferred me to the claims department or something like that...it would take several days for the investigation process...too frustrated with this situation It has never ever happened to me. this...and everything they told me didn't help me at all...that was the payment for my house...I had to borrow money...I have to make a new deposit to pay for my house...unfortunately I will have to take other measures
