Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

Do not waste your time. They can not have clients or you can make an appointment, and they literally will not come out of their office to help. Very lazy. Not professional. This is by my hair stylist so I am partially to blame for being a repeat customer after the first time. First time. Okay, maybe I came at a busy time. The second time when it was NOT busy and I literally had to go to the office after she stared at me for minutes was ridiculous. I hope the manager reads this review and get his team to provide better service. There are better locations and customer service is a must. I see why the reviews are so low.

This location is the worest bank i ever seen Employee r not helpful n they made me wait for more than 1 hour just to deposit a check . I dont recommend this location at all

Used their atm to pull out cash so I could deposit it in my girlfriends account and they would not allow it. Only checks can be deposited to someone elses account? Which take a day to clear so that does no one any good. So glad she will be closing her account today. Security clearly is not a factor when I'm taking less than 400 dollars from their atm to make the deposit.
