Tiffanie Miller was a great agent. When I arrived she had everything ready for me, answered all my questions and was just generally NICE! I loved that. Also her attention to detail left a good impression that if we were to rent here it would be a good experience. Loved the pools and facilities. The apartments are very nice and they have 3 styles to choose from.

I lived here for 15 months, and moved out in Fall 2023. Here is a summary of my experience for your reading: - I had a doorbell camera and my packages still got stolen. I finally got fed up and sent any packages to another address for safety. This is Dallas and obviously a problem city wide, however, since I had a camera, it was other Camden residents that took my packages. Upon emailing management, I was told to file a police report.... because that's what Dallas PD needs to be doing. Tracking down my $30 glitter heels. - I had a second floor unit, and there was a private garage below me. This particular garage liked to throw parties with music and bass so loud my feet would shake. Wouldn't matter the time of day, middle of the day or 2 am, the music would start. I emailed the office at least a dozen times to let them know, and nothing ever changed. - Building C has no where near enough parking for residents, so people would park in the fire lanes, and block entrances/exits with their cars, instead of parking across the street in the covered parking garage as Camden required. There's tow notices posted everywhere, but I never saw these cars towed. - The fire alarm went off one morning at 4 am, there was no fire. I can only assume it was an electricity malfunction, because no email from management was ever sent informing residents of what happened. Oh, and the fire truck couldn't get in the parking lot to come fix the issue because people were parked in the fire lanes. :) - I frequently would find urine on the walls in the hallways, and it was far too high on the wall to be a dog (read: drunk college kids). But don't worry, there was still plenty of dog poop left in the hallways & stairways as a nice surprise after a long day. I've read apartments reviews before, I understand people will complain, just to complain. I promise you, this is not that. I tried really hard to love where I was living, and at the end of the day felt too unsafe to do so. Do yourself a favor, for your own safety and sanity: live elsewhere. Happy Renting!
