Absolutely amazing. Carl showed me every unit that fit my lifestyle the best and 1 bedroom 2 bath with an office is perfect. Everyone in the leasing office is very attentive and responsive, living here for almost a week now and I have no regrets. True luxury and such a convenient area. Definitely worth the price. I love waking up to my views of the city and having such a big bedroom!

I recently moved into Peridot and it has been such an amazing experience. The leasing office went out of their way to make the moving process as seamless as possible for me. Brittney has been extremely helpful and friendly these past few weeks. I have felt welcomed into the Peridot community and am looking forward to the months ahead that I get to spend here.

Moir-lynn throughly inspected the apartment and she's happy with it! Aside from that, one of the largest benefits of Peridot for me is the social events regularly held here, there's always different people that show up, and so far all of them have been lovely talk to (including all of the Peridot staff). There's one guaranteed social meet per month, but they will also hold various activities such as painting classes every so often. Location wise, the area is great. I've lived downtown for over a year now, and I wouldn't give it up for anything. If the price of the apartments is something of concern, I highly recommend trying out using only public transit/walking/biking for 2 weeks and see how it goes. If you like it, you can cross off a car as an expense, and readdress what your budget is for an apartment!
