One of the WORST apartments I have ever lived in Ive been leasing since September of 2023 and since we have had gate malfunctions, fire alarm malfunctions in the middle of the night, I have had my car broken into, I have had my door kicked in and my house ransacked and the suspects walked right through the building ARMED. There are on site security guards that does nothing but sit in there vehicles on there phone not patrolling the property not keeping us residents safe. When it rains my apartment floods etc. I pay $2,000 a month to stay in such an unsafe apartment.

Unsafe place and helpless leasing office staff. This property is exposed to crimes and the management is not taking enough actions rather than saying "your own responsibility". The situation is getting worse daily and I am tired of dealing with all drama here. If you are not willing to deal with filing police report, your vehicle broken into, hate crime, package stolen, water leakage, please find somewhere more reliable and safe. Incidents/crimes incurred to me during the last one year: *Car broken into * two times - reported to police *Hate crime by anonymous group in the parking lot - reported to police *Amazon package stolen (mattress) - reported to police *Multiple Fetch packages missing *Multiple water leakages over months *Water flooding *Consistent fire alarm malfunctioning

This property is in terrible condition. The fire alarms constantly go off when there is no fire of emergency to be found. Its currently midnight and the fire alarm has been going off for an hour intermittently. It really makes me question if this building is up to code - considering all of the internal issues it has. I wouldnt move here
