I love that Fernando thoroughly cleaned the tracks for my mirror, which was causing the problem. Now everything is smooth sailing! I enjoy living here! :)

This place degraded over past 6 months. Its mid-June but their pool is still closed. Tenant cars are towed without notice, and appliances are in some units are 20 years old. Yes, it's a quiet area and rent is relatively cheaper compared to other complexes, but those are mostly new buildings. Also, maintenance guy is awesome! 5-start reviews here are mostly from the people who just moved in. Onboarding is a pleasant experience, but issues arise over time.

Company was charging me for renters insurance eventho I uploaded all the required documents in the system. The only issue was I didn't put their name as a 3rd party. I updated it but no refund been issued.
