JLB properties has chosen to keep Amenities closed despite Governor orders being expired. All other large Management groups have resume normal use of amenities...Management has been extremely unresponsive in this matter and according to their perception they do not have plans to open the pools or amenities..Pools are literally Chained closed. With so many options, certainly wont be choosing JLB properties..

Effective December 2022, JLB corporate is forcing management of the properties that they own to charge residents a $2.95 "convenience fee" for any and all payments processed online (not just credit card payments, mind you). As a long-time resident of one of JLB's properties, I find this to be both petty and insulting. If the company actually cared about collecting timely payments from residents, they would make the process as frictionless and easy as possible. Instead, what JLB is doing is gouging residents during a time of tremendous economic uncertainty, hoping that they fall into one of two buckets: 1) residents who will overlook the small fee and simply pay it, or 2) residents who will move to making payments in person and thereafter miss a payment, thus incurring sizeable penalties and fees. In either case, JLB makes out like a bandit and adds to their bottom line. #CorporateGreed

The supposed "professional" property management company passed on an energy bill onto me which went into collections! even though I had closed the account for end of yesr 2021 into 2022 billing months when I was already out by Oct of 2021 and had made all payments final before the end of October and properly closed/paid for them. In addition, sent a check in for any additional after move out work needed and that was personally delivered to the managers desk, picture taken and dated for reference ON TIME! and again they threw collections on me which got overturned in my favor! Twice collections was overturned. Why am I going to collections. GET YOUR TERRIBLE COMPANY TOGETHER! Not to mention the high rates (premium luxury living) being charged for only offering in return terrible maintenance, low life clientele, property management, and the inability to control pet behaviors outdoors etc.

Why does JBL Residential the company that is in charge of this property think that can set themselves at a higher standard then all of the other Rival apartment complexes in the area? An astonishing fact is that the Maxwell is the only apartment complex that still has absurd pool and amenities restrictions. These have nothing to do with Covid, they are only due to mismanagement and so they can milk there residents and deprive them of there promised amenities to make a little more profit for there bottom line. Why is the pool not open at 11am on a Sunday?! Why does the pool close at 5pm on weekends?! Why does the pool close at 6pm on weekdays?! Why can we not use the fire pits?! Why can we not use the grills?! Why is the pool only open from 12pm-5pm on Sundays?! Why are they no longer cleaning of the hallways?! Completely got bait and switched when moving into the Maxwell. We have only lived here for 2 months and sadly are already looking into breaking our lease. What is the most Astonishing to me is that there is zero communication the leasing office has no clue when hours may be expanded or when pool hours may increase we have been in the dark for months! JBL is a sad excuse for a property management company.
