Lived here for a year, had no problems with previous management but I think the new guys arent organized. I moved out in March, cleaned up the place and had the the team inspect and approve there were no damages. I was supposed to be mailed my deposit refund which was quite large because it was my first rental fresh in the country. Its been 3 months now with multiple calls, yet they are yet to refund. They dont take calls anymore, last I heard from them was 3 weeks ago and I was asked for my mailing address again yet nothing till date. I honestly dont know what else to do to get my money back. This is shady practice from a brand.

Im a Amazon driver and the office staff needs to change immediately . The managers are rude and racist . The lady in the office had a whole attitude with me because she had to talk to me to give me a code to get in the lockers while she was having a pointless conversation on the phone . She was rude in helping with directions to navigate where the lockers were making hand gestures and facial expressions at me like I was irritating her . I stood seeking help for multiple minutes before she would even acknowledge me. Soon as a resident walked in her tone completely changed . If this is how she treats people who are helping her by sorting packages for the residents I would not want to live here and deal with this attitude on the daily .

MARCH 2023 UPDATE - Update to my previous review. The good: Management reimbursed me for the Locksmith expenses and apologized to me. They responded to the issue timely and I was happy with the resolution. The bad (continues): Be aware that the apartment has different level of renovated units. The unit I leased was "refreshed". I have new paint, new cabinet and countertops (maybe)? However all of the appliance were old and all other little things were old (blinds, closet shelving, toilet, shower tub, etc.). As result, my fridge stopped working the 2nd week I moved in and everything I stocked gone bad. I was able to get replacement fridge 2 weeks after I reported this issue. However, 2 weeks without a working fridge in January was tough. Their fully renovated unit is great. I thought I leased the fully renovated (called "redesigned"?) unit when I signed the lease but it wasn't. I leased the unit remotely from CA. I highly recommend whoever interested to see the vacant unit before signing the lease. I wanted to move to a "redesigned" unit, but there wasn't any 2 bedroom available for the next couple of months. I wanted to relocate to another Greystar property for a newer unit, I was told "No". So here I am, stuck in a unit I don't want. UNBELIEVABLE BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Im writing this angry review right now as I got lock out of my own apartment! First of all, 2 out of the 3 keys they gave me werent working when I arrived at my apartment. When I submitted the service order to fix the broken keys on Friday morning, I specifically told them to hold on till next Monday as Im traveling with my 2 cats during the weekend. Fast forward, on Saturday evening at 10pm, after a long trip, I found out the management had changed the lock to my own apartment and I couldnt get into my own apartment with the only workings key. I called apartment emergency, they told me they cant do anything. I ended up calling 23/7 locksmith and figure the solution myself. Who wouldve change door lock without even calling me first????!!!!!! This could be handled a hundred times better. I dont see professionalism at all. I dont even know where to start my complaint. Ignore my specific request? Or change my door lock without telling me? Or after they changed it, didnt even leave the key to on-site emergency staff? Im super disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Idk if money is tight or new property manager really doesnt care, but the rent here certainly isnt cheap. Property manager didnt order enough food for resident appreciation week pasta night. They announced a taco breakfast the next day to make up for what happened. The following Monday they announced a second taco breakfast for not buying enough food. Both make up events were announced around 30 mins before they were supposed to start..
