I lived here for a year and have nothing bad to say. Tim in the leasing office is very accommodating and pleasant to work with as are all of the maintenance team. They are also super quick to come fix stuff, usually on the same day I submit the request. Highly recommend living here!

Great front staff! Very well managed property and one of the safest properties in uptown. Never an issue here. So close to EVERYTHING!

I had an amazing experience at this location. Very helpful and a great place to live. The tenant ( Bella ) was so amazing she answered all my questions and showed me the beautiful apartment they have for lease. Over all a 10/10 experience.

Do not live here! We had a horrible experience from the time we moved in, to the time we moved out. After I got the keys to our apartment, I went to walk the unit and found a squatter living in the unit. There were gun cases, tin foils of smoked crack on the floor and garbage everywhere. We had no where to go, so we had to move into a bigger unit for a week, and a week later move into another unit. The Gables paid for 2 hours of a moving service, but that was it. We had to go through all of this with a 6 month old baby. The units are very old and not well maintained or updated. While we were living there, there was roof/wall leak that caused water to leak all over the lower floor. The leak was fixed by maintenance and we didnt think anything of it until we moved out. After we moved out, they charged us $1800 for water damage on the wall/floor and carpet replacement. We left the unit immaculate (I took pics and video of everything) but it didnt matter. The roof leak was out of our control, so its absolutely ridiculous they would charge us for that. Even though I sent multiple video and picture evidence on how we left the unit, it didnt matter. They continued to tell me that we had to pay for it was going to be sent to collections. Theyre scamming people to pay for the unit maintenance once you move out! Beware.
