        Elevators, ACs, gym constantly broken. Packages are stolen regularly and management doesnt address any of the issues. The management team and maintenace is very difficult to get a hold of. There are time commitments agreed upon to fix broken units, nor is there money given back for services not rendered. I would leave a 0 star review if possible. Do not waste your money.

        Overall this has been a wonderful stay, great location, customer service, maintenance management, and parking. The one thing I wish I wouldve considered is the noise level having an apartment located on the street side. During peak time there is lots of traffic noise and the fire department and ambulance travel on the street frequently. It can get very very noisy! This isnt something that the apartment complex can help but something that you should be aware of when selecting an apartment here. I imagine that units facing away from the street are much quieter than the one Im currently in.

        I love living here. Denise from the leasing office is a true gem. Shes always very friendly and helpful. The apartments have some issues, but what place doesnt? I feel safe and I always know who to reach out to when there is a hiccup with anything.
