        Really love this place would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a apartment complex in down town with amazing staff amazing residents would highly recommend speaking to Shannon brown she was very knowledgeable and helpful and really made us feel welcomed if you are looking for a hip downtown location thats close to everything this is the place for you

        My fianc and I moved here from Austin , and we wanted live in an area with with a great location thats assessable to everything . Fortunately, on our hunt for apartments, we came across Gables park 17 and we were instantly amazed. Not only is it in a great location but the property itself is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. They have a rooftop pool , an amazing gym with all the equipment you need and even a coffee machine so you can skip your starbucks runs . But it gets better , the property management and maintenance team are on top of everything and keep the property clean and organized. I will definitely be renewing my lease here once its time.
