Where do I begin!? Kristina Relja, is my saving grace! Ask for her the next time youre in need of efficient and attentive work because she is it! My lease is up and the place I wanted to move into went up in price at the wrong time, thankfully I was brought to Kristina and found a place Im even more in love with! Get her to help instead of stressing yourself out, she works fast, answers fast, and is happy to assist. She definitely helped me and I move in 2 months :) thank you Kristina for all you do!

There might be good realtors that work here however my experience with Krysten Sulli there was terrible. I had limited time to spend looking at places to rent and she only setup 3 showings for me. One of them was 30 minutes apart and there was no way for me to make both appointments. I had to correct the scheduling on my own. I was able to schedule 3 more appointments to maximize my one day in town. I eventually signed a lease on my own at a property that was never listed by Krysten. She then asked for me to list her as a referral. When I informed her that I would not list her for a referral that she had zero part of, I got a series of nasty text messages. I sincerely hope not everyone in Dallas is this rude. Dallitude is clearly a thing in this city. Great impression for someone moving to a new city.

I initially worked with Andrew Mancuso a few years ago to locate and rent the apartment that I'm currently living in. That was by far the best apartment locating experience I've had as Andrew was always extremely professional, consistently responsive, and very keen on understanding my needs and preferences to help me find the best property. I recently reached out to Andrew to explore if I should consider moving to a new property since my lease renewal rate had gone up more than I was expecting. While I really appreciate the property that I'm currently living in, I wanted to get his perspective on exploring other options in the area. Andrew helped me understand the pricing of other options, and with this information, I was able to conclude that it would be best for me to stay where I was. Andrew then provided me with guidance on how to best negotiate with my landlord. Armed with this guidance, I was able to successfully negotiate additional savings on my lease renewal! I hope its clear based on this review that I cant more highly recommend Andrew and Dallas Apartment Locators!
