        I just renewed my lease after being here a year. Great community, neighbors are friendly. Utilities included in reasonable rent. The new manager is responsive and efficient. Pet friendly and close to two amazing parks. I Had a couple issues with appliances that were resolved quickly. Recommend if youre looking for small friendly community!

        I've lived here for 4 yrs enjoying nearby bus transportation, friendly atmosphere and the view of downtown lit up at night. The landscape is always well maintained. I've experienced little no maintain issues, fortunately. My burdens are, no grocery store in walking distance and occasional trinity river odor.

        I have been in these apartments for 5 months and I am very comfortable, the place is very safe, the people are very respectful and the manager is always aware of what is offered. I recommend it!
