Ive had a great experience in the Caleb apartment complex since the new management has taken over they listen to you and they help you get things figured out and completed thank you Miss Minerva and miss Sam awesome and polite never refused to help you

I had a terrible experience with this apartment complex. The staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked proper communication skills. I was initially told that I was approved for an apartment, but after that, they completely stopped responding to my emails and calls. I even went as far as contacting corporate to try and get a response, but still received no help. It's clear that there is a severe lack of professionalism within the office staff, and it's time for a clean up. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone until they address these issues and hire staff who are more professional and communicative. It's important for a business to be transparent and responsive to their potential tenants, and this complex failed miserably in that aspect.

NEVER LEASE HERE !!!! Even the corporate is unprofessional , rude and fraudulent. When you move out be prepared to have all your paperwork ready because they are putting charges on former residents. Reviews are not true they persuade the tenants to write them. They are infested with roaches thats why i moved out.

I took a tour w/ Chase and he was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and detailed. He showed me a 1 bedroom and ill already be signing monday! Thank you for the effortless move, Chase!

Office manager, Olga, is extremely rude, when I called to discuss a dispute I was continually spoken over and interrupted. Mind you, as a business professionally myself I did not call with an attitude - and I was calm being greeted primarily by her office staff in the most kind way this did ease any tension I may have initially had. Management does not communicate well, and will wait until the very last minute to assist you with your concerns.
