    Saddlebrook is an amazing place to reside. I have lived here going on 8 years and find the staff to be professional, courteous and attentive to all resident's requests and needs. The maintenance crew are great! They are quick to respond to all requests and have them completed in a timely manner. Their Follow up is excellent! THANK YOU SADDLEBROOK!

    I had first visited Saddle Brook several months before I signed my lease. I wanted to be certain that what they were offering me was going to be right. After all my research and looking at other properties I came to realize that Saddle Brook was the best property and the best value by far. LaCreta was warm, friendly and did absolutely fantastic job of showing me and explaining to me what Saddle Brook had to offer. She and the entire staff that I got to meet were very professional. Being their 3 months I am am still impressed with how the property is maintained and how respectful all my neighbors are. I couldn't be more happy with the choice I made and would recommend LaCreta and Saddle Brook Apartments to anyone of my friends!!!

Laura was very calm on the phone and directed me what to do and helped calm me down when the situation was an emergency.     Beware of Unjustified Move-Out Costs: An Honest Review of Saddlebrook Apartments, Dallas, TX. As a prior tenant of Saddlebrook Apartment Homes, I am driven to share my experience to caution future renters about the exorbitant move-out costs I incurred, mainly due to carpet replacement fees. While my time residing at the complex was generally satisfactory, I agree with all of the other 5-star reviews that Maintenance IS THE BEST!!! MS. Laura was always greeted with warm smiles and hospitality. However, this is my honest review, with pictures included directly from the leasing office of what I feel was unjustified. Since living here in Texas, we have never paid such a large amount of $1,082.27 in move-out fees. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES OF WHAT WE WERE TOLD OF: THE DAMAGED CARPET THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF THE DARK SPOTS. The pictures they sent and the videos I have show different lighting views. In the images provided, you can see clearly that it was casting a shadow, which is why it was the whole picture of the room, including the window, which would show the glare. We lived in the apartment for 18 months, fully furnished with Ashley's furniture, so of course, when you move out, you will see discoloration and prints from the furniture and not heavy dark spots that could not be cleaned. Because I had a pet, the carpet would be replaced anyway. The pet fee does not cover this but at the expense of the renters. FREE GEM: REGISTER YOUR ANIMALS AS AN ESA ANIMAL (EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL)TO AVOID THESE OUTRAGEOUS FEES. This only takes 15 mins and costs less than $200. Upon vacating the apartment, I anticipated nominal standard wear and tear fees. However, I was blindsided by the shockingly high charges levied by the management, primarily attributed to carpet replacement. To provide context, during my tenure, the carpet was in an acceptable condition, with no significant damage beyond what one would expect from regular use. Must I also include that I was told by Saddlebrook personnel that the carpet is constantly replaced in homes when the prior residents have pets? Since they do not charge you a pet deposit, this is why they charge absurd fees for carpet replacement in the whole home. MAY I INCLUDE THE PET FEE WE PAID AND THE MONTHLY PET RENT OF $350 PLUS $30 MONTHLY PET RENT, WHICH DOES NOT COVER SH**? FOR 18 MONTHS THAT COMES TO A TOTAL OF $890. Security Deposit was $650, which I honestly didn't expect to receive back because, let's face it, these apartments will find any type of deduction to charge you for. However, Saddlebrook not only TOOK the whole deposit but also charged $432.27 for other damages. I received a bill for carpet replacement that was much higher than expected. I tried to resolve the issue with management, but they were uncooperative and did not justify the charges. We were only harassed about paying this final balance before it went to collections for 30 days!!! As a conscientious tenant who took care of the property throughout my lease, I found the excessive move-out costs unjust and unfair. It is disheartening to see a disregard for tenant rights and fair and reasonable practices when it comes to assessing move-out expenses. Prospective renters should be wary of the potential financial burden of move-out costs at Saddlebrook Apartment Homes. While the living experience may be satisfactory, the management's handling of move-out procedures leaves much to be desired. I urge potential tenants to thoroughly review the terms of the lease agreement and seek clarity on potential charges to avoid facing similar issues upon vacating the premises. I leave you with the transparent experience and evidence of my family's experience with move-out costs. As a nation, we are all affected by the cost of inflation. However, I hope that by sharing my experience, others may be spared from similar financial hardships and frustrations in the future.
