Finally got paid but in installments. They refuse to pay any late fees. Such a dishonest company. They hire contractors to come work on their properties but don't pay them. Stay away from this company. They will take your money.

Seems like a decent company to consider for employment. Have not seen communities first hand but I am very curious to.

PLEASE THINK BEFORE LEASING AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!! It has been 8 months since my lease ended/moved out and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT! Apartment and headquarters management DO NOT CARE and will stop responding to you.

UPDATE: I called today to see if possibility the money order magically appeared. NOPE and this time she told me I need to keep up with my money lol this company is outrageous she's very upset about the review however it's the TRUTH, word for word. This company can not be trusted no INTEGIRTY at all. very disappointed I will keep telling my story until something is done. I'm sick of big organizations stealing from me. Enough is Enough. PLEASE STAY AWAY! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!! ( ANY MONEY ORDERS PLEASE FILL OUT COMPLETELY, OR STAFF WILL POCKET IT ) So i called this morning to check a application status of a application that i submitted and PAID for, at this time i was notified that my money order was nowhere to be found and my application has not been processed. The regional B. Whitmire began to tell me that they are human and make mistake as well, true but in the same breath telling me that i need to find a receipt to a money order that was given to them over 3 weeks ago for anything to be done. These people are professional thieves and will accept money from people and keep them. Never post them to the system because this should be done soon as it's received. This is beyond anything i've ever experience. I will be contacting proper channels and making necessary reports against this management company!!
