Estates At Shiloh

I recently visited Estates at Shiloh since I was interested in moving into a new home. I was very impressed with the management staff. The leasing agent was nice and helpful. When I walked in the office, he was on the telephone so I approached the manager, Dakota. I was delighted with the response from her. She took the time to help me with housing options. I thought it was very nice for her to go out of her way to assist me. It says a lot about how she would treat the residents there. Before I entered the office, as I was driving on to the property, I encountered one of the tenants who directed me to the management office. She was a friendly lady and we began a lively conversation. She invited me in to view her one-bedroom apartment. I accepted her kind invitation and I was glad I did. It was a lovely unit with updated appliances and features I really liked. The floor plan flowed well. It would be a place I would enjoy living. I also gained a new friend in the neighborhood!

Nice place to live. The Manager, Dakota, is easy to work with, and is genuinely concerned about taking care of residents. Any issues or problems that may occur, or any maintenance needed taken care of, are handled in an efficient and timely manner.

I am really sad I have to move out due to my health. I have loved living here it is truly a nice place. I never had any issues. Love Ms. Dakota and Mr. Ray! Thank you both.

I've lived a year and just renewed for another year. I love my cottage apartment. Really quiet and good manager, Dakota. Thanks Dakota !
