What a beautiful building! I was totally surprised with how large it was and the amount of amenities you get by living here. You would have no idea by driving by. I had the pleasure of touring with Tori today and she absolutely blew me away. She was incredibly charismatic, bubbly and knowledgeable about the community. She took her time and had excellent attention to detail.

Lived there unit was nice and so were the neighbors but we should have quickly realized how bad office staff is after we signed our lease our agent was so unresponsive wont name the agent as the person still works there. After move out they were quick to nickle and dime me. I was aware I would be liable for some stains on the carpet but I covered every hole in the wall the same way I have in any other complex they charged me $700 for a fridge door and cant prove an invoice just one from over a year ago. Movers beware as they are non responsive and belittle you on move out.

Cool place to live. Great location. Great 5th floor terrace and lounge. Would recommend moving here. Just 4 stars because well, its kinda meant to be 4 stars for younger recent college grads. Definitely not 5, but you cant afford 5 if youre looking here anyway. Management: A little bit below par for the price level. Youre not gonna get $3k+ management and you shouldnt expect that, but theres certainly better at the $2k+ level. Heres 2 examples: 1) Move-in: I moved in early morning before they opened. Management didnt even follow a basic checklist like programming my entry code, so I could get in and start moving. Thats pretty basic stuff. Sat around in a moving truck for several hours because of this. If I had hired movers for an early start, I wouldve been royally screwed on the clock. 2) Garage theft: The week I moved in, there was a message that cars were stolen from the garage. (June 2023). Also a few months later, bikes were stolen from the gated bike storage room that requires a key fob. Its even out of the way in the gated garage. But anybody can just follow someones car into the garage or even walk into the lobby during open hours and just take the elevator to the garage level. And steal a car, motorcycle, or follow someone into the bike room and steal bikes. Both of these things are decisions. Not impossible to fix. 1) Professionally follow a standard move-in checklist - this is the real minus 1 star tbh. Sloppy. 2) Make security choices that dont allow anybody to get into the garage so easily 24 hours. Not as easy to fix, but doable. The high speed metal gates for preventing following cars other places have & programming the elevator to scan your fob for walk-in thieves would at least prevent some theft. But your stuff is always on the line in this Lower Greenville (shared) garage. Anyway, good 4-star place. Thats what you wanted anyway since youre 22-23 and just got your first decent job in Dallas ;)
