The apartment, appliances are great. We had to use a washer and dryer that came with the faculty and those were just alright- we had an issue with the washer and it was never replaced like we were told it would be. The hallways and parking lot is great, well kept and feels safe. The only issue was with the management company (Perry) and if you need to end your lease earlyjust be sure you read the lease agreement carefully before signing. They do not allow subleasing, and will attempt to charge you a very LARGE fine without that even being stated in the lease.

I just moved in to Rawlins and Perryguest has been amazing . Patti Was such a wonderful leasing agent, she walked through all the questions I had which were a lot. She was detailed and patient and always smiling! Heather invited me to the corporate office to discuss a few more details on the lease and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Ana, who I believe is the receptionist, greeted me and offered me a beverages while Heather came out. They have all been so kind, and you can just tell everyone cares for their tenants. My apartment smelled great, when I walked in everything was clean inside and out. The property is cleaned up daily and the staff is so easy to work with. I had one light bulb that did go out and Heather handled it while I was still signing the lease. The maintenance came into her office introduced himself and went straight to my apartment before I could even make it back. I'm so excited with my new gorgeous apartment ! Thank you all if I could give you more stars I would !

I am a current resident of this apartment and made the most unwise decision of locking myself into a 2 year lease at this place. If youre looking to rent at this place, please be advised of the following: - packages never arrive timely because the postal service isnt provided the gate code by the apartment complex. Forget paying for expedited shipping, your package will be undelivered 5 times before it actually gets to you. If the package ever arrives, its never at your door. Its outside in the parking lot getting rained on. - the apartment complex is next to a strip of stores which can be very loud. If you like being woken up every night at 2 am by the dump truck that comes to pick up the trash, then this might be the place for you. - also within the strip mall is a donation center which attracts all of Dallas homeless scene at night. They are rummaging through the bins, playing loud music, and getting into fights. I love reality tv just as much as the next person but that kind of drama I would rather sit out on. - theres no guest parking. Guests have to park on the street. First day of moving into this awful place, my boyfriend got his car totally side swiped by a hit and run. Who needs a left door anyways? At initial tour of this place, you might be in awe of the new appliances and small boutique type apartment feel... but after a month or so, youll realize the newness wears off and youre basically living in a glorified homeless shelter.
