        Will take your money and if you are black they mistreat you and lie. Every black person that came to ask for help were denied service. They were put on the back burner and not helped. They have no manager and the assistant manager isn't professional. They cater to Hispanic people.

        Apartments are never ready to be moved in to. Just so many complaints from residents. Im glad I didnt pay anything as I was iffy about doing so. I was ready to move in next month but thats definitely not happening. Ill just stay where I am.

        Ive been renting here since October 2023, and the whole winter months the apartments were without heat! Hard to believe that they could not take care of the situation in a timely matter. Now were getting into warmer months and my A.C doesnt throw out cold air, its just loud and its hot. I can only bare to be in my room because theres a ceiling fan which helps just a little. I work the hours of the leasing office 9-6 so its hard for me to go and put a complaint. Ive called at least 15 times and theres never anyone answering just send you to voice mail and no has returned my calls. I know that sadly this complaint is insignificant to the apartment company because once I leave they will easily have a new tenant in my place and they will have relieved themselves of my phone calls. For the amount of money that they are charging its not worth it, the place is run down but a roof over your head I suppose. So u will not be renewing my lease and also submitting a complaint to the better business bureau.

        I have been here going on 3 months and it has not been pleasant. Nobody ever answers the phone and work orders have been marked resolved when they havent been worked. My air and heat has not worked since I been here. Only 2 isles on the stove work. And I recently reported a broken window Friday morning, guess what still broke. If i could get out this lease I would. And paying 1500 a month tuh the nerve. Oh and the NONE of maintenance speak English so you cant even report to them when you see them. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
