Excellent service from initial tour to living here from leasing/staff.. great crew! Amenities and community within is so unique in DFW and essentially its own campus. 5 stars well deserved & couldnt be happier living here. -Miles

Symeon coordinated a pickleball event for us Drey residents, and I LOVED it. Best Drey event since I moved in! I got to meet a bunch of great neighbors, and S himself was mega dope.

ROACHES AND EXTREMELY LOUD (CONSTANT) MUSIC FROM POOL PARTIES This is by far the worst rental experience of my life!! Before you move here please understand and accept that the Village Drey DOES NOT care about their residents - evident from the management responses to the numerous complaints about excessively and unreasonably loud events. This place is a complete joke! Now theyre starting virtual town hall meetings which are a complete waste of time because management has made it clear that the incredibly loud music events they hold are more important than having respect for the residents. The more we complain, the louder the events become! I rarely write reviews, but felt that the number and level of loud events hosted by the community warrants warning people considering leasing at the Drey. Buyer beware of the switch and bait. The Village events are unnecessarily loud and are occurring 3 - 4 days of every week. During Memorial Day weekend they held pool parties on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday blasting loud music for several hours. For the entire month of June, July and August they are hosting pool parties with loud DJs EVERY Monday, some Thursdays, EVERY Friday, EVERY Saturday, and EVERY Sunday for 7 - 8 hours a day. I don't mind the parties, but the music is so loud that I hear the lyrics in my apartment. There have been numerous complaints about the excessively loud music, but it is evident that the management does not care about the comfort and rights of the residents. As residents, we have the legal right to quiet enjoyment of our apartments. The rent is way too high to have to suffer through hours of loud bass coming through my walls. I can barely hear my tv. I guess they are trying to market to college kids. However, I work from home and unable to move my work location. When I'm working on the weekends, the loud music coming from the pool party shows that the management clearly disregards the concerns of the residents who live in buildings close to the pool. Especially, since there are plenty of reviews complaining about the noise level. My place is beautiful, but am considering not renewing my lease because of the noise. This is the opposite of luxury. Most of the amenities that were available when I originally moved here in December are closed. Even the amenities that were originally advertised are limited. We're forced to pay for valet trash that rarely gets collected. The trash rooms smell horrible and have caused roaches. I signed a year lease and moved out 2 months before my lease ended.

Hands down the Village Drey is the best apartment complex in Dallas. I have live in the Village Drey about a year, staff and maintenance always goes beyond and above to make their tenants happy. If they ever built a complex in Austin I would be the 1st one to move. I would highly recommend the Village Drey to anyone whos looking for a great place to live. All the best Sahika

The Village Apartments truly stand out when it comes to providing an exceptional leasing and move-in experience. They have a reputation for both professionalism and also adding that extra personal touch, and it's no surprise that their newest development, The Drey, is a fantastic place to live. The units are beautifully designed, and ours overlooks a charming courtyard featuring a European-style spa. Our spacious balcony with clear glass railings offers stunning views, while the 9-foot windows flood our living and bedroom with natural light. Chantalle and Victoria, our leasing reps, went above and beyond to ensure our entire experience was of the highest quality. From the thoughtful gesture of leaving a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge when we moved in, to the welcoming gift box upon our arrival, their attention to detail truly made us feel welcomed. After moving in, Jesus, one of their maintenance personel, was very timely and professional when he helped us find studs for hanging some art and other items. In all aspects, The Village Drey earns a solid five-star rating from us. It's a testament to their commitment to providing an exceptional living experience, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to call the Drey our home...
