Every beginning of the month, they cut off the hot water and takes them 2 weeks to turn it back on and then expect you to pay your rent on time, which is thousands of dollars!! You can never get a hold of management or maintenance to fix any issue. Please try to Avoid this place at all costs.

Stay away from this place. Let me start by saying that our entire upstairs row was in the process of looking for other places to live around the same time, and when I finally did move, one of the downstairs neighbors Id never met before told me he wished he were in my position. My place was getting flooded almost every time it rained and reporting it to maintenance and the leasing office was pretty much pointless. Theyd take notes, promise to have somebody there and then they never showed up. They did this multiple times, straight up lying to my face and then acting like nothing happened when Id come in to ask for an update. It was almost as if the workers were trained to give people the wraparound. By the time we moved out, the water damage had expanded close to our light source and there was parts of it coming off, dangling over our dining table.

The properties run by Indio Management have potential. Many of them are brand new. Unfortunately, there are so many negatives. I wouldnt suggest anyone move into one of these apartments. First, theyll basically rent to anyone. Neighboring apartments to mine have like 5 + people living in them. Second, dont expect return phone calls or emails from the leasing office. Sometimes I have to call 4-5 times in a row even for them to pick up the phone. I still have water stains on my ceiling from a leak that I dont think has been fixed. Also, Indio Management probably has 2-3 more new buildings under construction at the moment, so the staffing problem for them is only going to get worse. I sincerely suggest not considering these properties as your next home.
