        This apartments complex dont care about the tenants that comply with the rules and regulations. They wont put the hot and cold caps on the faucets. Dont do anything about porch pirates. Let a porch pirate extort money to get their belongings back. It says in the lease agreement that any criminal activity is an automatic evection. Instead the management give a slap on the wrist. Dont move here It is not worth the money time nor the energy to look into this place. The Economy Stay is a better place to invest your money.       Ms. Connell we have found your pet many times off leash on the community. This is against the community policy. You currently have 2 pets in your apt home but have only paid pet fee for 1. Please understand that community policies must be followed by all residents to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to call home. If you have any questions please come see us at the office.
