08/15/22 I like my unit and love the location but I have struggled dealing with certain issues. The elevator is out of service more often than not. The last time it was broken for over a month. The A/C unit in my apartment is pretty old and cannot keep the apartment cooler than 78+ degrees in the summer. I work from home and this has been the most difficult issue to deal with. Im unable get ahold of anyone for help. No one answers when you call the office. It has been frustrating to be paying for certain amenities that break all the time and either take forever to be fixed or are ignored altogether while management is unreachable. UPDATE: 09/21/23 Ever since Erica became our property manager, my experience at this building has done a 180. This summer was so much better than last and the elevator consistently works.

I have lived at Park View since the beginning of 2022. The apartment complex itself is an older building and has its quirks. It lacks the amenities that you will find living in a larger luxury apartment community in the area. However, what you do get here is the luxury of a quiet neighborhood and only having 19 units total in the building. I always feel safe while Im at home, and I feel good that I can at least recognize most of my neighbors. Having lived here almost two years now, the experience hasnt always been perfect. I have had some issues in the past with fixtures, appliances, etc. and the elevator can sometimes be a bit tricky. However, the reason I can rate the property 5 stars, is because of the property management team. Since Erica Hernandez took over as property manager, the property has always been prompt and responsive in getting things taken care of for me. I was sad to see Erica leave at the end of 2023, but Im very happy to say that her replacement Ema Vasquez has so far done a great job at filling some big shoes. I recently went through the process of transferring units, and Ema has made it as simple a task as she could manage. Ema is always super responsive to any question or request and is excellent at balancing professionalism and friendliness. I would also just like to give a shout-out to the maintenance tech Victor. He is always super friendly and gets problems solved quickly.

I lived at park view on cole for almost 4 months. During those 4 months I probably had to submit 20+ maintenance requests for all the issues i had. almost every appliance wasn't correctly working at move in. I was promised a garage and didn't get it until 1 month after move in. I lived there in the middle of summer and my AC wouldn't cool more than 78 degrees. They would come and fix it and then would stop working the next day. Ended up moving out because I hated being at my home! After moving out I only received half of my security deposit when i should've gotten all of it back. I reached out to the office at least 8 times and emailed the manager personally twice and still to this day never got a response or my money back.

Despite liking the aesthetics of my unit, I could not more strongly recommend against living here. Do not do it. The management company isnt just bad, they dont even know they are the management company. I literally have called them and they have told me they have never heard of my apartment. They let my lease expire without renewing it. They failed to complete a maintenance request multiple times, waiting over a YEAR to fix an issue that I reported BEFORE move in. You WILL NOT get ahold of anyone to help you. You wont even know how. You will have 0 visibility into how the apartment is managed, who to call, who to email. Its the worst I have ever experienced. The unit itself is nice, but the updates are not well done. Wiring issues, constant issues when I first moved in with the fans, the A/C was broken for 2 months and after PERSISTENT begging they realized the unit was so old it had not been functioning properly and I had been paying insane $ during that period. I emailed the property OWNERSHIP company at one point BEGGING them to tell me who to contact to get help. There was a gaping hole in my garage unit covered in mold after the winter storm and it sat that way for months until I escalated. Im sure the people who work at Indio are kind people, but they have truly failed to manage this building and it has not improved at all since I moved here. JUST. DONT. DO. IT
