Visited a friend there. Apartments are nice. Good value for the money.

The apartment complex is great, no complaints about that. The issues that everyone is encountering is not okay. I have called multiple times for months now requesting a bigger unit and all I ever get told by Jordan is Ill call you back. Its been a month and I have received no update. Zack does not respond ever. Some of the issues Im pending to be resolved: Ive requested a new filter because the one installed is covered in dust and I cannot reach it, if I could Id clean it myself. Due to all the dust, it sets off the fire alarm when turning on the heater. Ants have been crawling into my kitchen and I requested pesticide control. I was told they would be there same day and no one showed up. Water bugs have also been crawling through the pipes and its just foul. I have never used the dishwasher since I moved here and its backed up with still water that has a terrible smell. I dont know how to get the water to drain so I can clean it. My garbage disposal stopped working, but I managed to fix the issue. And lastly, there is water damage in my bedroom and there is mold on the walls. I really wish Tarantino Properties would do more for their tenants or offer a discount for the inconveniences.
