The actual foundation of the apartments are pretty run down. I took an apartment here because I needed to find something quick when moving here from out of town. My unit was abandoned before I got here, and they barely did what they needed to do to make it liveable. Pros: -- Neighbors are nice (I don't hear them through the walls) -- Utilities are included in the rent rate (no hidden fees) -- Conveniently located -- Maintenance is responsive (does cheap fixes but gets the job down, they just don't follow up on things they need to come back to) Cons: -- Rundown (literally walls with cracks, floor in closet is sinking, ceiling leaked from upstairs unit) -- Courtyard floods every single time it rains -- Barely any parking (units with more than one car take up all the space...no guest parking at all) -- Smell of weed comes through the walls -- Roaches are always coming into the apartments! For the price, you get what you pay for. It gets the job done, but don't expect too much from this place.
