I have resided at Lumieres Place apartments in Dallas Texas for over 6 years. Over those years I have been through three property owners and property managers and maintenance and by far Rebecca Mendez as always been a professional friendly and efficient property manager. Rebecca has always been attentive and friendly most of all willing to tend to the property and its tenants effectively and efficiently. Ive been a tenant and have always abided by rules and regulations here and have always felt safe because of the security and attention to the properties safety. When maintenance is needed Rebecca is really efficient and also Fredrico the maintenance man is simply the best. Ive been a renter for all my life and this is why I appreciate the professionalism and friendly atmosphere and I must say the apartments are really kept up. Luxury feel. Ill stay.

It is comfortable enough and the manager, Rebecca Mendez, is wonderful to work with. She responds quickly to help with issues I am having. Unfortunately the property is old and despite refurbishments, things are constantly breaking (lights, dishwasher, and plumbing in my case) and there is a major cockroach problem. I generally kill 4-8 cockroaches per week.
