Forma At The Park

Recently renewed my lease here at the Kontour and Ive had a pretty great experience. The rooms are spacious with wooden floors which is a huge plus when you have dogs. The ladies at the front office, Daniela & Tupou are very sweet, understanding, and responsive when it comes to request. Best perks for me; gated complex with friendly neighbors, Laundromat, deep swimming pool, fitness center, and not to mention very convenient location minutes from downtown / major highways. I love it here!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. My wife and I moved out 3/15/2020 and paid our rent and bills. We gave a proper notice. Left on the date we had to. Fast forward two years later we check our credit and notice we were being charged rent for months we didnt live there anymore. Alison told my wife that we should have kept the receipt of when we dropped off our keys so we could show proof we left. My wife and I didnt think we had to keep a receipt. Since we took the proper steps. Alison was no help whatsoever. Staff members had even agreed with my wife that they were reporting wrong and that it did look incorrect but yet Alison said well nope sorry should of kept your receipt if not we ASSUME you are still living there. **Update** My wife did reach out to owner after his reply and sent him an email with the issue we were having. We have yet to hear back.

This is the best apartment complex I ever lived, secure, pet friendly, kid friendly, and the best location, everything is so close. If I got the chance to move back to The Kessler area definitely I definitely live here again!
