Best living space in Dallas. Krista is a great leasing agent who made everything about the move seamless. The maintenance staff is timely and responsive. Miguel helped with multiple tasks. The coffee shop is a great benefit to grab a cup of quickly while working from home.

Ive been living here for 2 months and so far I love this place! I dont know why I didnt live here before. The amenities, the people, the maintenance workers and the concierge are amazing! It always smells clean and I love it. Shoutout to Miguel from maintenance because no request go unnoticed! Also should go TOMEE FROM CONCIERGE! He is the reason why Im so happy to come home he always has a smile on his face and is sooo charismatic .. definitely a keeper! Shoutout to Christa from the leasing office for touring me around and always available to answer any questions. Also shoutout to Chary, Erika and the cleaning staff for making sure this whole place is spotless!

Visitor Parking Challenges in a Wonderful Community I recently moved to this community in September and have been enjoying my time here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, I've encountered some challenges with visitor parking that I would like to address. It seems that the building was not designed to handle the volume of deliveries from services like Uber and Amazon, or to accommodate friends and colleagues who you might want to enjoy your beautiful apartment and amenities with. Currently, there are only around ten visitor parking spots available, and the signage at the entrance is confusing. Entertaining or having people over can be quite a hassle unless they are willing to use ride-sharing services, which can also be difficult due to events happening at the AAC. To address this issue, I have already reached out to the management to discuss possible solutions. One suggestion I have is to consider redesigning the first floor to provide a more efficient visitor registration and parking system. Another option could be to offer valet services, similar to what other buildings provide. If you currently live here or have lived here in the past, I would greatly appreciate any insight or suggestions you may have.
