    My friend referred me to these apartments and she was very specific about going with Roberto. He was very right, he made our process very easy and in less than 40 minutes I already have an apartment. Excellent gentleman service

    I can honestly say my experience with this apartment complex was one of the worst of my life. All of the bad reviews are very true, while the good are likely fakes flooding in to offset things. I was supposed to begin living here on March 1st. That was also the first time I was able to see my unit as I kept being told it wasnt ready. From the moment I picked up my keys, things went downhill. The place was a mess, it seemed as if they hadnt properly cleaned the unit at all. Some of the previous tenants belongings had even been left behind. Half of the appliances, including the a/c and the security system that I had to pay extra for, didnt even work. Almost immediately, I started noticing the roach problem. I kill one and two more popped up, the place was like a cockroach playground. The reviews of your car being told are also true, it seems more like a matter of when not if. I had registered my car online, been told by the assistant manager it was registered, and even went as far as additionally filling out the paper car registration form provided. However, when I tried to hand that form over to management, I was told it wasnt needed as my car was registered. Later that night, I had to stop the towing company from taking my car as they said it was still only showing the previous resident. I had to register my car as a guest just so it wouldnt be taken. I had a bad experience with the management and staff onsite as well and they were all very unhelpful and rather rude at times, too. It only took one night in the place to solidify my decision that I could not stay there. For anyone considering living here, my only piece of advice would be: dont.

    I want to express my bad experience in the few times that I have gone to the office for help or information, the person in front (Ilse) is a person who does not know anything about her job, every time I have gone and asked for information or need help He can never help me with anything. He tells me oh I have to ask the Manager and he doesn't give me a solution to anything. (Daisy) Quite the opposite, she is very attentive to the residents and knows how to explain any concerns we have. I would like to congratulate the Maintenance team because they are always willing to help us with our problems, they are very hard-working people.
