I live across the street at the Elise and that place gets worse every day. From people fighting to the drug deals in plain view. I dont feel safe in my apartment across the street.

I had dropped my coworker off tonight and when I tell you that most of the bottom floors of the apartments had boarded up windows , which are signs that they have been broken into. Let me tell you, just being there for a few seconds, I didn't feel safe. Seeing boarded up windows gave me the feeling of fight or flight and I decided to fly and get out of the property as soon as possible. I felt like I was going to get robbed just by being there a few seconds just by the shattered windows. I promise it's not the 7 cars parked that make the place look unsafe and abandoned it was definitely all of the boarded up windows covering the exterior off most units. All I'm saying is that the presentation tells you what type of place this is to live at, and from the others reviews I feel like my gut was right. And yes I did type a paragraph!
