Skyline At Kessler

Completely terrible experience. Ive just recently moved in and have had the worst experience. For a month our fire alarms have been going off random times at all hours of the night. Weve sent numerous service requests and it just seems like the issue will never get resolved. Our fire alarms are faulty and they cannot move us to a different unit or even get the alarm company to come out and fix them. I cant even stay in my apartment sometimes and have to stay with family or friends because the alarms just go off at 2, 3, 4am until you take them off. Its already a fire hazard to have fire alarms off, and weve been threatened that well get fined for it but now its okay because they can resolve the issue. Whats the point of paying rent if i cant even stay in my own apartment????

Skyline at Kessler is a great location if youre looking for somewhere to move. Gated property with security. The leasing & maintenance staff are very helpful. Id recommend to anyone whose in the review section looking for a second opinion!

I am truly grateful for the professional and friendly staff at Skyline, Kimberly Jones has been the sweetest and most patient being through my application process and she really made this experience simple and sweet not to mention her honesty! Leasing office staff in other places have made things complicated and stressful but here, everything flowed like water and aligned! The communication has been very thorough and quick. I am excited to call Skyline my new home thank you Kimberly!

Just moved in Saturday, overall experience was not great but the staff was nice and professional. I had to go through 3 fridges over 2 days to finally get a working one (food went bad). Then my AC went out the next night and it was not fixed until the middle of the day. My mailbox key also didnt work and I had to go down to get it fixed. Aside from all those inconveniences, the location is close to everything. Kimberly has been helpful with all my issues and gets my requests done quickly. She was informative and made the experience better.
