Ms. Nicole has been a delight and very understanding about issues that may reflect her heart. As far as the property goes well maintained and you can call it home. Neighbors were always nice and minded their business. Overall a nice people and nice property.

Profits over people sums up this place! The lack of humanity the office manager Nicole has. We have had many issues with Nicole but the most recent one has sent me over the edge. We have had inconsistent AC for 2 months now. Yes, 2 months of dealing with AC issues in Texas. She has been told by her own maintenance crew for a month now that the whole AC system needs to be replaced and there is nothing else they can do. But, she refuses to replace it because apparently she knows more than they do and cost savings are far more important to Nicole and The Paskin Group than providing a tenant with working AC. This is even more apparent if you look up The Paskin Groups google reviews. Apparently this is a common problem across all properties they own and/or manage. If you want to be dumped on as a tenant then pick any Paskin property to live in and your dreams will come true. At this point, we have gone two weeks straight now with zero AC. They finally hired a 3rd party company to run diagnostics at the tail end of this week (after begging for over a week) but this company is still awaiting for the front offices approval to fix it. Now, here we are, going through yet another weekend with no AC and still no approval yet from the front office to allow the 3rd party company to replace our AC system. Weve called and called the front office for status updates and instead of doing anything about it, everyone ignores our phone calls and never returns our messages. Now even so on the emergency line after hours. It is now 80 degrees in our apartment and its only April. We work from home and this is affecting our work. Were spending more money on take out because if we cook, it heats up the apartment to 90 degrees. When is enough enough? The continuous run around is tiresome and inhumane. At this point, we have enough to hire an attorney. I dont want to take it that far because Id rather just have working AC, but Im not sure what will make Nicole actually do her job for once and take the two seconds it requires to approve our AC requests.
