My husband and I have lived here for 10 months now and have loved it so much! We love it so much that we even renewed our lease. Sunny, the property manager, is great! Shes attentive, helpful, caring and so quick to resolve any issues that you may have! Weve never had any issues that went unresolved once we told Sunny. The maintenance team is great and quick as well!

Arrive have been fantastic to me ever since I moved in. Lived here for over a year and still has no complaints. Great location, great staff (with Sunny in the front) and beautiful living space.

DO NOT LIVE HERE, CARS BROKEN INTO, LEAF BLOWERS HAVE NO REGARD FOR CARS, BIKES STOLEN ETC.

I have been living here a total of 16 months and have been happy since the day I moved in. The front office is very personable and engaging. They have kept everyone up to date with COVID and community news consistently. The complex is always clean, and quiet, and you can't beat the location. We had a maintenance request submitted for a new washer THIS MORNING. It's 3:30pm and we already have a new washer thanks to the front office and Will from maintenance. Very happy here.

Arrive on University is an exceptional place to live, due to the team of folks who beautifully and expertly run this community. DeAnna, our Manager, is smart, organized, creative and responsive to the concerns of the Residents. Liz, our Assistant Manager, is competent, caring and supportive. Aliya, our cute Leasing Agent, is a charmer and a delight. Armando, our Maintenance Director, can repair anything, while patiently answering questions. What a great group!! How fortunate we are to call Arrive our home!
