No flexibility. With very strict policies on their residents and renters, it feels very discomforting to know that if a life event were to happen that there is little to no empathy from the property manager. She cares more about face value than what is actually happening in your life. Monica, the assistant property, manager was nice at least.

My daughter has been there for almost a year and we have complained several times in writing, in-office and by phone the dishwasher was not working (even put it on the move in inspection). The apartment has not fixed it or even come to check on it. I even complained about the tile bubbling up in the kitchen at move-in and nothing has been done. Even had a car towed that was parked in visitor parking and they didn't want to own up to it. But coincidently are now going to mark the areas for visitors. Rent is reasonable which is a plus but the service is not good.

Shay was absolutely amazing, she answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me understand this process I have been very hesitant to start this process thank god for SHAY. She has made the next chapter of my life feel very comfortable, and easy.

very comfortable place!! amazing customer service and very nice people around including nini. the way she and her team were incredibly helpful with anything and everything I asked for, was immaculate.
