We started out a little rocky here but they fixed my AC finally by getting me a new ac unit the next day after expressionist my frustration to the regional. I do wish they would put more grass area like they have it at essence instead of putting the rocks, but my building is close to essence so my dog and I just walk over to their side. It is an older looking community but Overall my experience here has not been bad. Its a safe community and no one bothers me. Been here for 2 years now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is with hopes of helping people looking into these apartments to know what is expecting them. I am a new resident who regrets even signing the lease here. I keep encountering issues left and right and the management team takes 0 accountability for their mistakes. I want to make prospect residents aware of what they may encounter with the poor communication this office has. I requested to add my girlfriend to the lease. Initially, I had gone to the office hoping to do the process in person but the representative (Ana Garzn) just told me to email her all the information and that she would look into it. She didnt offer to sit with me or further explain more items. She stated to email her my girlfriends car information so she could add her. I told her the car was my main concern and that was the reason I wanted to add her to the lease because the system was not allowing to register her car anymore (at no point did she even mention only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit, she even started to put the car information in the system but then proceeded to tell me that she would do that when the application process for my girlfriend was complete) . I was hoping she could be added that same day so her car would be registered and avoid having issues over the weekend. It was a Friday around 4pm and all she told us to do was to park her car under my carport until she could add my girlfriend (without the car being registered). On the following Tuesday, I received a call from her stating that my girlfriend had been added as well as her car and all I had to do was to pay the 60 dollar application fee on Domuso which I agreed . When I logged in to the resident portal I saw her name (not in the lease just in my profile) as a coresident there which led me to believe all was okay. Because I was told all was in the system, my girlfriend parked in an open parking spot. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to work just to find out her vehicle had been towed because it was not registered. I called the towing place and they told me I needed to show them the lease in order to believe she was a resident. The only thing I had to prove she was a resident was the resident portal screenshot because I never received the updated lease from the office. I had to drive 30+ minutes in the middle of my night to go retrieve the vehicle. On top of that, I had to pay 170 dollars to release the car. This is an expense that is not my fault at all but the offices fault for not adding the vehicle like they told me they would. I sent several emails to Ana throughout my move in process and never got a response, I shouldve have known a bad experience was coming. I then receive a call from the relationships manager just got tell me that her regional manager declined to reimburse me because it was not the office fault. She stated I should have been aware that only 2 vehicles are allowed and that the residents are the only ones allowed to register vehicles. I told her the office has been the ones who registered my car and they never told me that. The lease has no information regarding that at all and none of the paperwork I received addressed that. She proceeded to tell me that at this point it was a he said / she said situation and they could not do anything to help me because the office against denied my accusations and they werent going to refund me anything. They requested paper trail to prove my point. How am I going to have paper trail if they never responded to a single email of mine?. The only way to get a hold of them was to physically go the office. In other words , I am being held accountable and having to pay 170 dollars for a leasing agents mistake and the office is backing her up. I plan on taking this higher and report it to the BBB and hopefully help future applicants to avoid this place and terrible experience . I will post and update if the leasing office decides to take accountability and provide my with my credit.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their financial people are not knowledgeable or helpful at all. The receptionist Ashley is very uneducated and needs additional training, as she never recalls certain things said to her over the phone. They will close your account as soon as you move out and send it to collections. They will give you a phone number and let you figure out how to pay the remaining balance.

We appreciate your honest review and are glad to hear that your AC issue was resolved promptly. We understand your preference for more grassy areas and will take this into consideration for future improvements. It's great to know that you find our community peaceful and have chosen to reside with us for two years. Thank you for being a part of our community.
