Ive lived at Haven Lake Highlands for over 10 years, and during that time, Ive had the pleasure of knowing our maintenance man, Dante, for at least four years. From the moment I learned how to submit maintenance tickets, Dante has been incredibly helpful. Whether hes fixing a problem, providing air filters, or answering questions about paint colors, Dante consistently goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is patient, knowledgeable, and ensures that each task is completed on time. He also makes sure to address any additional concerns while prioritizing the main issue at hand. Dante is always approachable in the office, taking time outside of his work schedule for urgent matters. His professionalism and kindness truly stand out. He communicates clearly about problems and outlines how he will resolve them in a timely manner. Overall, Dantes work ethic is exceptional. Im grateful for his dedication and the positive impact he has on our community. Thank you, Dante
