Reagan Terrace Apartments

This complex is eye catching at first with the pictures and the pricing, but make sure to tour first. The complex itself isnt bad and the maintenance Manager, Pablo, is good. However, you will 100% not see your security deposit back, so that makes up for the good pricing. Myself, and other tenants have been attempting to reach out to management and have been ignored constantly about security deposits. The rent per month is good and location is amazing but the owner/management is terrible.

Expect at least $130-220 charged to your account EVERY MONTH for the utilities of the entire building. Even if you never do your laundry here (I do mine at my parents house) and only take 1 shower a day. I dont even use the dishwasher because I dont cook. But Im paying hundreds of dollars per month for water of the entire building. SKETCHY charges always hitting my account here. This place is a nightmare

Havent heard back from management in over 3 days. Havent had warm water in over 3 days. My boyfriend lives here and Im disappointed that hes living in the worst conditions managed by the worst owners of this property. His car got broken into in the front lot, theres not ACTUALLY cameras or proper lighting as management has promised and the signs on the building say there is but, they have the audacity to show the vacant units to people this morning lol fix the water issue before trying to entice more people into this mess! The tenants here are very kind and the rent is a decent price. Thats about all that you can commend here.
