        LOVE THIS PLACE! They were very helpful with the application and move in process! They are so kind and friendly to everyone! If there is any maintenance or issues that need to be fixed they are on top of it! The area is AMAZING and the other residents are great! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment! Carla was very helpful and made sure we felt welcomed to our new apartment!

        The laundry rooms are always broken and it states that it is a gated community but I have yet to see the gate be closed. Anyone can come in and I've heard multiple people state their car was broken into or stolen. We have yet to see management do anything to protect its residents which can only mean that they do not care. I do not recommend moving here at all.

        When searching for an apartment, Carla was amazing at assisting us for our new home. The community is great and I never have issues. The community is always clean and our swim area is a place to relax after a hard day of work. Carla is quick to address any concerns or questions if you ever need assistance. I would highly recommend that you ask for Carla when searching for your new home!

        I am a first time apartment renter and came across Hampton Plaza. I immediately fell in love with the vintage layout and loved that this building has been in oakcliff since the 50s! Carla was super helpful in finding the apartment meant for me. She was very informative and attentive and kind. She really made me feel supported in my new chapter. The application process was easy. It took about a week to hear I was approved (woo hoo!). Utilities are all included and was lucky to have their promotion applied to lower my rent. I also unintentionally referred someone to the complex and got a $500 referral bumping my rent lower! (So blessed.) It has been almost 2 months since Ive been moved in and I couldnt be happier. The area is nice. I go for runs right around the corner where the golf course is. The neighborhood seems friendly and safe. I had some complications with my water heater but maintenance was pretty attentive and was able to fix the issue. Laundry mats in the complex are convenient and hadnt really had a problem with them. With that being said, I love my apartment! Carla and Israel have made my experience so easy especially since this is my first time renting. -Bianca
