DO NOT rent here. Many mice The tub and sink become clogged with excrement, the plague lasts for weeks. The garbage goes through the drums once a month or two and around another 2 trash cans. The maintenance people don't fix anything because there is no budget. Oh mouse/rat infestation. Don't mention the cockroaches, oh. They do not use poison although we pay something per month for this service. Be careful not to be fooled, look for the 311 website and make sure it reads as many complaints. Even the news was reported for its dirtiness. I water with bedbugs. If they have bed bugs they will make you pay but everything is old they just cover it up. The black mojo is toxic and several apartments only have it painted by ariva. Eye . Don't risk your life just because it's cheap. The waters with the tacuaches that come out at night are large and aggressive.
