Colony House Apartments

Colony House is the just the right mix of being in an awesome location, having a classic charm, modern upgrades in-unit, fully gated off with electronic gates, without the hefty rent you would find at other apartment locations with similar amenities. The management company responds quickly to any requests, the communication level is high, the building is pet-friendly and there is a pool at the neighboring property that is accessible to residents. I would say that it's as good an overall value as you can get in DFW.

Colony House Apartments is a very good property, and very cozy, the administration and maintenance of the building is very fast when solving problems, no matter the time or weather they are available to us as tenants I have been there for a couple of months now living in this place and I highly recommend it

I really enjoy working at Colony House. The management company is fantastic and they give me the freedom to make a positive impact on the community. The apartments are spacious and come in a range of layouts to meet different needs. The complex offers a variety of one and two-bedroom units, all of which have ample closet space, plenty of natural light, and stainless steel appliances. The rent is reasonable given the quality and location of the complex. One of the best aspects of the complex is its amenities. There is an outdoor kitchen and picnic area that's perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a beautiful day. Additionally, there is a pool which is great for those hot days. The complex is also pet-friendly, making it an excellent choice for pet owners. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. It is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
