Chiquita Apartments

We've lived here for about 4 years, and it's been the worst place so far. It seems like every year, there's an issue with plumbing. Our ceiling collapsed more than once, and it took them forever to come fix it. They never properly fixed our toilet, and it's leaking yet again. They sent a guy yesterday, but he never came back. $1415 a month for moldy floors and broken toilets. Also, no one has ever gone to fix the washers or dryers.

One of the worst apartments to live in. Look anywhere but here. The apartment we lived in had ceiling problems because of the roof for the entire time of the lease. The ceiling eventually collapsed even with all the warnings, but the apartment manager was completely incompetent to do anything or ever show up. Maintenance is a joke there. Don't bother sending emails or calling since they don't care besides taking your money. Took more than half of the year to get keys to the mail, a few months with the ceiling, and over 10 months to get the oven fixed. Apartments have serious mold problems and use cheap tricks to "fix" anything around there if they even show up. Don't come here unless you don't want your deposit back too.

Under Vanessas leadership, the atmosphere at Chiquita Apartments feels rejuvenated. The property is well-maintained, and any issues are promptly resolved. I appreciate the attention to detail and the commitment to providing a comfortable living environment. Overall, I highly recommend Chiquita Apartments under Vanessas management to anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable living experience. Her dedication to excellence truly shines through, making Chiquita Apartments a fantastic place to call home.

Horrible place to live.! Its been one of the worst experience. Theres animals that come in out of nowhere. Cracks all over the place. The manager there is such a big liar and so incompetent. We send emails and text and never responds and says that she helps us but really all she does is ignore everything we ask for. Theres many spiders every corner. Roaches everywhere. Theres black grasshoppers that come in out of nowhere and weve been having to turn the showers knobs with a wrench because over half a year now weve been asking to get it fixed and it hasnt been fix. Weve been cooking over for 4 months now with only one spot on the stove that works. Nothing gets done and I seriously recommend going another place and by the way your cars arent safe. There is no space in the parking lot everything get taken and they dont even give you your own parking spot.
