Would be 0 stars if possible. I lived here for 2 years, my friend lived here for a year and so did my girlfriend. All 3 of us had miserable experiences. They will hit you with over $2,000 of fees when you leave, regardless of condition. They will tow at will, as my car was towed more than once. They will never answer the phone, respond to voicemails or respond to emails. Now, almost 2 months after I moved out, they emailed me they are filing an eviction against me. My lease ended at the end of December, and I turned in my move out notice in October. They will try to con you into a month to month lease stating they never received notice and try to screw you at every chance. The ONLY benefit to living here is the price. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the hassle. Feb 17th, 2024

This place is ghetto! Loud music all night long, people fighting outside, the staff is horrible, even had a woman screaming for help a few months ago. It's midnight right now and the music is booming with a million people speaking Spanish outside. Ridiculous!!! Feb 15th, 2024

It does not deserve even one star, it is the worst place to live, they are thieves and they give very bad service in the office at the level of all maintenance and others are thieves, they send you a higher bill every month, I pay a different amount every month, I think It is because I have the privilege of living in front of the garbage I laughed not to cry I moved into this place without looking at it first and the office manager took advantage of me when she gave me the rent information she gave me a price and at last I pay as if I lived in Downtown Dallas. 1750 is unbelievable . don't make the same mistake as me of moving in this place if I could do something legally believe me I would Feb 10th, 2024
