Location: Great, right off the Katy, good views Units: Great details, all new Move in: Awesome, Michael responded even on his day off Ongoing: Front desk guy Eric has reco's like a hotel concierge. Miranda is always quick to the punch with a sweet personality and a great smile. Dallas is quick to fix stuff. Brady is a killer building. I recommend.

I have lived at the Brady in unit 1802 for 2 years and have loved the experience. The property management, leasing, and maintenance teams have been great to work with...very responsive and friendly! The floor to ceiling views from 1802 are fabulous; the pool deck is great; and I have enjoyed the gym and Katy Trail access. Excellent location and wonderful home!

My experience touring and going through the leasing process at The Brady was stellar. The community is quiet and clean, and the finish out is top notch. The Brady was intentionally designed with keen attention to detail. Michael Sawyer was my leasing consultant, and he was incredibly professional, patient, helpful, and kind. It didnt matter whether he was showing a studio or a penthouse; he treated everyone equally well and went above and beyond for everyone, and that goes a long way. Michael truly cares about this community and its residents, and it was apparent based on the interactions I saw him have with residents during my tours. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking in the area. Michael is wonderful to work with, and I hope you have the chance to work with him if youre looking for a new home near the Katy Trail. If I didnt have another opportunity to room with a friend elsewhere unexpectedly come up, I would be moving in this weekend at The Brady. It will definitely be my first choice should I need a place of my own in the future. If you want to live on the Katy Trail, this is the place to be.

My husband and I have been here for three years and are one of the few residents with a kiddo on the property. With that being said, we loooove how welcoming and safe it is for our entire family. Eric and Felix, who are in concierge roles, are the best! They take their jobs seriously and always go above and beyond. Smith, who does the fitness classes is awesome too. Residents are kind and considerate. The property is conveniently located off of Katy Trail, not far from Katy Trail Icehouse and Reverchon Park. Gated parking and fob necessary for all entry. We highly recommend for anyone to check it out.
