You cannot dress up a hog and expect it not to be a hog It is still a hog quote by Democrat Governor Ann Richards. New Paint, raising the rent, poorly repaired items does not change the place. Nice appearance but still run down & bad repairs. Still crime, gun shots, loud drunks at 3:00 am, open community where homeless and residents dig through trash. Sanitation was reported because of massive trash build up, dog feces, electrical fires due to poorly maintained. Changing the name of the street from Mayhem to Esperanza, adding new paint it is still a Hog no matter how you dress it up or give it a new name. See photos below:

My original review is missing, but this place is still an absolute heap. From roaches everywhere including the office to garbage everywhere to my wife getting harassed in the parking lot every time she goes out alone to my car getting broken into TWICE, this place has been absolute garbage and is only getting worse. The only saving grace is that the office staff is incredibly nice.

Trying to leave this place out of course the leasing office is no help in giving my new apartment the information needed. Beware in moving here! Nothing but headaches and non responsiveness from the start.
