Townhomes of Bent Tree

Have not moved in yet, but so far the leasing process has been very smooth and easy. William has been great and very helpful. Will update my review after living in the apartment a few months. Also adding Maria.

I have had a great experience with all of the staff! I get answers to my questions and they are very helpful, polite and responsive! Highly recommend!

When we first moved in, the office staff (Eric) was awesome. We never had any issues. Work orders were complete in a timely manner, rent/other charges were consistent. Perfect! Once this new management took over it went down hill. We could never get anyone on the phone. Without notice they'd close office early. We went to the office one upon our move out &they were closing early with no explanation but because they wanted to. And on top of that our charges included with rent slowly started ro rise damn near $300 before we moved. When it came time for us to move out we get them on the phone or catch them in office to get move out info, charges and whatever else we needed. 2 months now after moving out we received information from a collection agency that we owed these people almost $1500. They'd absolutely no way. We paid whatever charges needed to be paid. We had to get a breakdown from the collection agency. Called the office multiple times. No surprise of no answer. First answer I got in two months today &they have no record of us owing anything. HOW!!! It was sent to collections but we owe nothing! That new management where nobody knows nothing is going to be the worst part about this place. My attorney will be in touch!
