They send an email out every few weeks regarding residents being signed up for lockers, yet the packages are still not delivered in the lockers. My package was left on the side and opened and the leasing office told me that has nothing to do with us. They obviously dont care if your package is stolen.

Moved here in May. It was pretty decent at first except the pool wasnt open and the time for it to be ready kept getting pushed back. Basically it didnt open until mid July so that was a bit annoying. 2. Residents treat the club house like a literal club (speakers and all) the music will be so loud going on until 4-5am. 3. Speaking of the club house, The coffee maker never works/ or theyre out of everything. The printer also never works. These might seem like small things but why promote all these cute little amenities that you can never actually use. 4. I know its a busy area but it is SO loud. I wake up multiple times a night to sirens, people street racing, cars honking. People love to do donuts on the main street which is obviously extremely loud and it leaves the apartments smelling like burnt rubber. Its so hard to get good rest here. 5. I have had MULTIPLE packages stolen. I tried to contact the leasing office but no one answered or got back to me. 6. They never get back to you! They are supposedly open 9am-6pm and 10am-5pm on Saturdays but I will go down there multiple times during office hours and no one is ever there. Ive tried emailing, calling and going in person, getting in contact with them should not be such a challenge!

The management's conduct has been highly deceptive. During our apartment tour with Desirae, we were shown a unit called the Maestro, and we agreed to sign for it with the understanding that she would place it on hold once we submitted the application. Additionally, we inquired about obtaining an extra key fob, for which we were told we could do so for an additional $75. However, upon moving in, we were informed that only one key fob per lease holder was allowed, contrary to what we were initially told. Furthermore, we were assured that we could immediately utilize our 8 weeks of rent-free occupancy, leading us to believe it would cover March and April. However, upon receiving the lease, we discovered that we had to pay both the deposit and one month's rent, and the 8 weeks free would commence in April, contradicting our initial understanding. Despite applying for and agreeing to a larger apartment, we were given a smaller one, with a different apartment number than agreed upon. Despite management's claim that it was identical, video evidence from our walkthrough proves otherwise. Additionally, I've been living here for three weeks, and the closer entrance door on the first floor refuses to unlock from either side, a matter which management has yet to address. Despite being promised 24-hour security, I have not seen any security personnel. Moreover, we were not provided with a trash container. Attempts to contact management have been futile, as they never answer phone calls or respond to emails, despite bombarding us with multiple calls and emails when we were in the process of submitting our application. This has undoubtedly been the worst moving experience, marred by the incompetence of the management team. Despite the building itself being appealing, the management's performance leaves much to be desired. UPDATE APRIL 26th, 2024: received one free key fob for misleading information we were given. It only took 2 months to get a response and after my roommate was given the fob she was asked to have me edit my review because that has solved the horrible experience we have had moving here.
